Abstract
Extend the Sl-AP protocol to include signaling where the eNodeB s reports all identified geographical relationship between TAs to the MME. When the MME is required to populate a Restriction List it will use the acquired information to only consider TAs that are adjacent to the TAs of the TAI List.
