Abstract

Device of audio decoder for decoding to stream of bits the decoding device of audio which comprising: one predictive decoder for producing one frame of decoded audio to from of the stream of bits where the predictive decoder comprising one decoder of parameters for producing one or more of parameters for the audio of audio frame decoded to from of the stream of bits and where the predictive decoder comprising one of device of filter for producing the synthesis of audio frame decoded by the synthesis of one or more of parameters for the audio frame of audio signal; one of memory device which comprising one or more memories where each one of the memory is configured for storing one state of the memory for the frame of audio signal where the state of the memory for the frame of audio signals of the one or more buffers is used by the device of filter of synthesis for synthesizing the one or more of parameters for the audio frame of audio signal; and one of resampling device from the state of the memory configured for determining the state of the memory for synthesizing the one or more of parameters for the audio frame of audio signal which has one of sampling rate for one or more of the memories by the resampling of one state of the preceding memory for synthesizing one or more of audio parameters for one frame of decoded audio precedent which has one of sampling rate which is different of the unprecedented rate of sampling of the frame of decoded audio for one or more of those memories and storing the state of the memory for synthesizing the one or more of parameters for the audio frame of audio signal for one or more of the memories in the respective memory.
