Abstract  Abstract

Provided are an uplink transmit power determination method and user equipment. The sending situation of at least one of the PUCCH PUSCH and SRS in other cells except an auxiliary cell in a subframe corresponding to a pilot frequency to be sent in the auxiliary cell is determined by user equipment so that the user equipment can determine the uplink transmit power of the user equipment according to the determined sending situation which solves the problem in the prior art that the user equipment cannot determine the uplink transmit power when the user equipment performs random access by an auxiliary cell.
