Abstract  Abstract

This invention claims a polling method. It comprises that a mobile terminal receives the polling request of the descending data accepting state transmitted by a network apparatus; said polling request comprises the beginning position of the descending data accepting state reported to the mobile terminal and the control information of the reporting mode; said mobile terminal gives the accepting state of the part requested by the polling request according to the reporting mode requested by the network apparatus to said network apparatus. This invention also claims a polling system mobile terminal and network apparatus. In the embodiment of this invention it retains the option that the mobile terminal is capable of using the packet data downlink ACK/NACK information bringing NPB to report the accepting state of the descending data while realizing that the network apparatus is capable of controlling the mobile terminal to using the data block bringing ACK/NACK information to report. Thus it is capable of well working at the big window or small window and agiler than the current percept; it also has better cavity utilization efficiency.
