The invention claims a user terminal device outputs an alarm message for the radio communication system wherein the at least one base station of the radio communication system by at least one system information in the control channel signal for informing the user terminal device presence warning and after the user terminal device receives the at least one system information and at least one respectively stored alarm message is output.
