Abstract  Abstract

The embodiment of the invention claims a load measurement method an evolved base station and a load measurement system. The invention relating to communication field solves the problem of complicated procedure of signalling interaction during load balancing. The load measurement method comprises the steps of: receiving measurement request sent from an evolved base station in the neighbour cell the measurement request includes more than two groups of load measurement parameters; performing the measurement setting and determining the load measurement status based on the more than two groups of load measurement parameters; and sending response message to the evolved base station in the neighbour cell the response message carries the load measurement status. The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the invention is applicable for load balancing in cells of LTE system and LTEadvanced system.
