Provided is a mobile station device which uses multi-carrier method to perform wireless transmission with a base station device comprising: a frequency band division unit generated by dividing a multi-carrier mode used by the communication band generating a plurality of divided frequency band the plurality of divided frequency bands each comprising a plurality of sub-carrier signals setting unit at least one band of the plurality of divided band provided with a wireless transmission method for transmission format and the transmission format comprising space schemes and divides frequency band according to a setting the index number of transmission format and a sending unit is set by said setting unit of transport format to the base station device as the feedback information. According to the invention it can reduce the load of a transmission format and can inhibit the device scale.
