Abstract  Abstract

The invention discloses a method and equipment for realizing a semi-persistent scheduling service or a similar semi-persistent scheduling service. The method comprises the following steps of: informing a terminal of periods of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) or similar SPS so as to enable the terminal to transmit the data of the SPS service or the similar SPS service in a transmission mode that a closed-loop rank is 1 according to the periods; dynamically informing the terminal of precoding matrix information (PMI) needed by the SPS service or the similar SPS service supporting the transmission mode that the closed-loop rank is 1 so as to enable the terminal to use the lately received PMI when the terminal transmits the data of the SPS service or the similar SPS service; and receiving the data of the SPS service or the similar SPS service transmitted by the terminal through a base station based on the transmission mode that the closed-loop rank is 1. By the invention, the SPS service or the similar SPS service supports the Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) transmission mode that the closed-loop rank is 1.
