Abstract  Abstract

The invention refers to a transmission method and a device of ACK (acknowledgement) /NACK (negative acknowledgement) feedback information transmitting and/or instructing PDCCH (physical downlink control channel) released by a downlink SPS (semi-persistent scheduling) resource on a corresponding downlink main carrier PDSCH (physical downlink shared channel) that a value of DAI (downlink assignment index) is greater than 1 by applying a technical solution provided by the invention; and an information of the ACK/NACK resource indicating region in the PDCCH transmitted on the corresponding downlink auxiliary carrier indicates PUCCH (physical uplink control channel) format 3 channel resource so that a terminal equipment equipped with multiple downlink carriers can transmit the ACK/NACK feedback information by applying a PUCCH format 3 solution when it receives data on the downlink main carrier so as to avoid a difference of a comprehension of the ACK/NACK feedback information between a base station and the terminal equipment and improve reliability and efficiency of the transmission of the ACK/NACK feedback information.
