Abstract  Abstract

The invention claims a wireless transmission device comprising a plurality of transmit antennas (18a 18b) and performing spatial multiplexing or without performing spatial multiplexing sending signal in subcarrier units the radio transmitting apparatus comprising: subcarrier modulation unit (11) for modulating the input sending signal in terms of every way sub-carriers and a sending signal modulating part (13) said each sending antenna according to each said subcarrier modulation of the transmission signal and a transmission control unit (12); according to the communication object which means the information received by other wireless communication device of deciding according to every path of sub-carrier multiplexing number for performing spatial multiplexing and transmitting the determined multiplexing number output to the sub-carrier modulation part and the sending signal modulating part. Thereby a maximal throughput in accordance with characteristics of a propagation path can be obtained.
