Abstract  Abstract

The invention relates to a method for transmitting uplink control information in a mobile communication system and more particularly relates to a method for providing a packet service in a mobile communication system is effectively formed by uplink control information from a base station to a downlink transmitted by the terminal and using the minimum occupied radio resources to transmit the uplink control information. the method comprises the following steps: generating uplink control information based on the downlink scheduling information to a shared downlink packet data transmission of the radio resource allocation of the uplink control information and radio resources for transmitting to the terminal. The invention is applied to the mobile communication system.
