The invention claims an user device reference signal receiving quality measuring pre-alarm method used for interference coordinate. The user equipment receives a radio signal from a measurement of the adjacent cell in the adjacent cell division multiplexing noise suppression pattern for carrying out inter-cell interference coordination (division multiplexing inter-cell interference coordination). UE determines a test pattern of a plurality of sub-frames and a reference signal receiving quality measurement of cell in a plurality of sub-frame so as to obtain a plurality of reference signal receiving quality measuring sample. A process evaluation and use weighted average of a plurality of reference signal receiving quality sample the user device obtains the reference signal receiving quality measuring result. In which a reception quality evaluation sample of the reference signal with a high efficiency is more considerate (such as a large weight) and is evaluated as lower service reference signal receiving quality sample is less is considered (such as a small weight or a 0 weight to discard). A user device capable of obtaining more easily a reference signal receiving quality measuring result.

A method of UE RSRQ measurement precaution for interference coordination is provided. The UE receives radio signals of a neighbor cell under measurement. The neighbor cell applies a TDM silencing pattern for inter-cell interference coordination (TDM ICIC). The UE determines a measurement pattern that includes multiple subframes. The UE performs RSRQ measurements of the cell over multiple subframes and obtains multiple RSRQ measurement samples. The UE derives RSRQ measurement result by estimating the multiple RSRQ samples and applying a weighted average. RSRQ samples estimated to be more applicable are taken into account to more extent (e.g. applied with more weight) and/or RSRQ samples estimated to be less applicable are taken into account to less extent (e.g. applied with less weight or discarded with zero weight). With UE precaution a more predictable RSRQ measurement result is produced.
