Abstract
a quantized PCM mode comprises performing quantization so as to sample the distortion added to the step of decoding video. In this way for a quantized PCM coding of video blocks appears brighter than the more uniform for example interframe prediction coding or frame in prediction coding and other lossy compression technique decoding of adjacent video block. video encoder firstly quantizes the input video sample by quantization step size before PCM coding the quantized sample. can be encoded in the video bitstream and the quantization step size signal is sent to the decoder. video decoder can receives a PCM-coded video samples of quantized encoded video bit stream. firstly using pulse code demodulation to decoding for these samples and then through the same quantization step size for encoding video for inverse quantization is performed. the video decoder can be output bit depth from the encoded video bitstream to extract the quantization step size.
