The invention relates to receiving control information by the first communication device from the second communication device through a radio channel method. the first communication device received sub-frames through a radio channel and by reading data in the subframe determining whether the subframe is a downlink intended to the first communication device assigned downlink subframes. If that is so then the first communication device the subframe in the data decoding and in the analysis and data associated to the frame of the indicator determining whether any data packet sent from the second communication device in front of the sub-frame has been deleted. indicator provides information about downlink with intended to the first communication device before a downlink sub-frame of knowledge.
