The present disclosure of one embodiment of receiving downlink signals by a user equipment in a wireless communication system comprising: receiving with the semi-persistent scheduling of the related control information through upper layer signaling or a downlink control channel; and based on control information associated with the semi-persistent scheduling downlink data channel decoding the semi-persistent scheduling step. The method may include: if received via a downlink control channel of the downlink control information comprises a first downlink control information (DCI) format. then using from among the candidate parameter sets received via upper layer signaling of a predetermined first parameter group to decode the downlink data channel and the step of if received via a downlink control channel of the downlink control information with the second DCI format then using the indicated by downlink control information received via upper layer signaling from the candidate second parameter group of the parameter group to decode the downlink data channel.

The method for receiving a downlink signal by a user device in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of receiving control information relating to semi persistent scheduling via an upper layer signaling or a downlink control channel; and a step of decoding a semi persistent scheduled downlink data channel based on the control information relating to semi persistent scheduling. The method may comprise: a step of using if the downlink control information received via the downlink control channel has a first downlink control information (DCI) format a predetermined first parameter group from among the candidate parameter groups received via the upper layer signaling so as to decode the downlink data channel; and a step of using if the downlink control information received via the downlink control channel has a second DCI format a second parameter group indicated by the downlink control information from among the candidate parameter groups received via the upper layer signaling so as to decode the downlink data channel.
