Disclosed is a channel information feedback method for an array antenna comprising: a first network device receiving channel information about N x M sub-channels sent by a second network device wherein an array antenna of the first network device comprises M sub-arrays an array antenna of the second network device comprises N sub-arrays a channel between the array antenna of the first network device and the array antenna of the second network device comprises N x M sub-channels M and N are positive integers and are not one at the same time and the M sub-arrays and the N sub-arrays comprise at least two antennas; and according to the channel information about the N x M sub-channels from the second network device generating channel information about the channel between the array antenna of the first network device and the array antenna of the second network device. Compared with the prior art the channel information feedback method between array antennas disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention can reduce the complexity of acquiring channel information and improve the efficiency of channel information feedback.
