Abstract
The embodiment of the invention relates to a BSR (Buffer Status Report) cancellation method and a user terminal. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a command for instructing a first logic channel to deactivate or stop data sending; and canceling a BSR triggered by the first logic channel according to the command. Therefore, UE (User Equipment) can stop sending the data on the first logic channel after receiving the command for instructing the first logic channel to deactivate or to stop data sending and cancel the BSR triggered by the first logic channel, so as to reduce unnecessary sending and avoid waste of resources.
