Abstract  Abstract

The present invention provides user equipment communicating with a base station in a TDD communication system and a method thereof, and a base station communicating with the UE and the method thereof. The method of the UE communicating with the base station comprises the steps of: receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message associated with the downlink control information; receiving DCI including configuration information associated with a time resource, wherein the DCI is associated with a radio network temporary identifier for scrambling a cyclic redundancy check; and communicating withthe base station based on the configuration information, wherein a physical downlink control channel conveying DCI is received in a common search space (CSS), the RRC message includes information ona control channel element aggregation level associated with the CSS, and the time resource includes at least one of time resources in a downlink direction, an uplink direction, and a flexible direction.
