Alternatively in order to detect the modulation type used by the first portion of the received signal is de-rotated by different amounts so as to produce multiple signal de-rotated and representing modulation used by communication system of the signal correlation. if the correlation does not determine the modulation type or selecting a predetermined modulation type or in a later stage according to for example comparison or balanced result of the signal quality decision of modulation type.
