Abstract  Abstract

A spread spectrum CDMA interference canceller system used in a spread-spectrum CDMA receiver having N channels for reducing interference wherein the N channels of each of a different one of the chip signal identification the system comprising: CDMA/GPRS direct sequence detector used for detecting the received having a plurality of channels of the spread spectrum signal and despreading a plurality of despread spread spectrum channel a plurality of serially-connected interference canceller each interference canceller for processing the plurality of despread spread spectrum channel. a plurality of evaluation and for outputting the corresponding plurality of channels and a combiner for multiple estimation using the output of the multiple interference canceller by combining one specific channel to produce an average estimate.
