Abstract
The invention claims a spread spectrum communication system wherein for transmission to a given remote station carrier frequency and carrier code channel or both of users varies over time. Accordingly providing a spread spectrum communications system changes the direct sequence frequency or code channel according to a predetermined pattern. can be a deterministic function or according to the subset of data to be transmitted determining the code channel and frequency. further description for the receiver structure of corresponding receiving.
