A base station communicates with a mobile station by using a plurality of physical channel, the base station comprising: a transmitter configured to transmit a first signal to the mobile station; a receiver configured to receive a second signal from transmitted the mobile station; a controller configured to acquire an information which generated by the mobile station according to reception state of the first signal; wherein, the transmitter transmit a third signal including an index value indicating a repetition count for a fourth signal which is transmitted from the mobile station by using physical channel among the plurality of physical channel, the index value is based on the information acquired by the controller.
