The embodiments of the present invention disclose a feedback method for Hybrid Automatic Repeat request, wherein, the method comprises: a network device sends a first configuration signal to a terminal device, the first configuration signal is for indicating a reception feedback manner which includes a manner of sending HARQ feedback in units of Code block Groups; the network device sends a first Transport Block to the terminal device, the first Transport Block comprises at least one Code Block Group; the terminal device sends HARQ feedback to the network device by using the reception feedback manner indicated by the first configuration signal according to a reception result of the first Transport Block. By means of the technical scheme of the present invention, unnecessary retransmission can be avoided, system resource can be saved, and transmission efficiency can be increased.
