Abstract  Abstract

Method for preventing identity simulation in a telecommunication system comprising a terminal capable of transmitting data packets and at least one node for receiving and sending data packets in a first subsystem, said method including the following steps: activate, in the first subsystem, a packet data address for the terminal intended to transmit data packets between the terminal and a second subsystem; storing the packet data address in at least one node of the first subsystem through which, the packet data address data packets are routed; receiving on said node the package sent from the terminal, the package including a destination address and a source address; characterized by: verifying (206) in said node if the source address of the packet is the same as the packet data address; and transmit (207) the packet from the node to the destination address only when the addresses are identical.
