Abstract
A mobile communication device for use in a communication system that includes a public land mobile network and is divided into a series of cells, the mobile communication device comprising: the wireless means for communicating with the public land mobile network, a memory device that includes the subscription data indicating a service area, which comprises one or more cells, of the public land mobile network to which the mobile communication apparatus has access; the means to receive the related cell information indicating whether at least one cell belongs to a part of the public land mobile network in which the allowed access is controlled by said subscription data; and the means to determine whether the mobile communications device is allowed to settle in a cell indicated in the related cell information based on the related cell information and the subscription data.
