A communication device configured to transfer a status report in a wireless communication system, the communication device comprising: -a configuration unit for configuring a PDCP status report, Packet Data Convergence Protocol, from here on hereinafter abbreviated as a PDCP status report, in which the PDCP status report belongs to a PDCP layer located above an RLC layer, Radio Link Control, the PDCP status report that includes an indicator indicating a sequence number of a first PDCP SDU not received and a bitmap that provides status information about the reception of at least one PDCP SDU following said first PDCP SDU not received; and -a transmission unit for transferring the configured PDCP status report to the RLC layer, in which the indicator is a field of first PDCP absent sequence number, hereinafter abbreviated as FMS, which contains the number sequence of the first PDCP SDU not received, and wherein said at least one PDCP SDU begins from a PDCP SDU after the first PDCP SDU not received.
