Abstract  Abstract

A method for providing intermediate memory status information in a mobile communication system that communicates through a plurality of orthogonal subcarriers by means of a user equipment, in which the user equipment is in a state in which the transmission of data from the user equipment is carried out based on planning from a base station, the procedure comprising: transmitting (S342), through the user equipment, a one-bit information signal to the base station through a link channel dedicated dedicated physical uplink if a condition is satisfied that includes that buffer status information needs to be transmitted, in which the signal is used to report the presence of an uplink channel resource request; receive (S344), through the user equipment, first resource allocation information for a first uplink channel from the base station after transmitting the signal; and transmitting (S345), through the user equipment, the buffer status information to the base station through the first uplink channel using the first resource allocation information.
