Abstract  Abstract

A terminal (200) configured with at least two carriers of downlink components that include a first carrier of downlink components and a second carrier of downlink components, the terminal comprising: an information detection section (207) configured to detect a first downlink assignment information indicating a resource for first downlink data, which is assigned to the first downlink component carrier, and to detect a second assignment information downlink indicating a resource for second downlink data, which is assigned to the second downlink component carrier; a decoding section (210) configured to decode the first downlink data, which is transmitted from a base station at the resource indicated by the first downlink assignment information detected, and decode the second downlink data , which are transmitted from the base station in the resource indicated by the second downlink assignment information detected; and a transmission control section (218) configured to transmit, to the base station, a first response signal for the first decoded downlink data and a second response signal for the second decoded downlink data and for transmitting an SR programming request, each of the first response signal and the second response signal denoting ACK or NACK as a result of the decoding or DTX representing that the result is not transmitted; characterized in that: if the first response signal and the second response signal are transmitted, the first response signal and the second response signal are transmitted using a phase point of one of a first control channel resource of uplink link for response signal and a second uplink control channel resource for response signal, the first uplink control channel being associated with the first downlink assignment information and the associated second uplink control channel to the second downlink assignment information, in which the first uplink control channel resource is used when the second response signal denotes the DTX, and the second resource of Upload link control channel is used when the first response signal denotes the DTX; and when the first response signal, the second response signal and the SR are transmitted in the same subframe, the first response signal, the second response signal and the SR are transmitted using one of the phase points of a channel resource of uplink control for SR, including the phase points a first phase point, a second phase point, a third phase point and the fourth phase point, in which the first phase point is used when the first response signal denotes ACK and the second response signal denotes NACK or DTX, the second phase point is used when the first response signal denotes NACK or DTX and the second response signal denotes NACK or DTX, the third phase point it is used when the first response signal denotes ACK and the second response signal denotes ACK, and the fourth phase point is used when the first response signal denotes NACK or DTX and the second response signal denotes ACK.
