Abstract  Abstract

A communication apparatus for processing reception of data transmitted in time of a predetermined interval, the communication apparatus comprising: a receiving unit (1, 2, 3) configured to receive the data of a first transmission apparatus; and a transmission unit (6, 7, 8) configured to transmit an ACK signal indicating that the data is received successfully when the data transmitted in the maximum time in accordance with the predetermined interval is received successfully and transmits a signal (NACK) which indicates that the data is not received successfully when the data transmitted in M th time is not received successfully; characterized by a control unit (4, 5) configured to perform a control to provide a period in which the receiving unit ceases to receive processing up to a time M + 1 according to the predetermined interval, after the transmission of the ACK signal that indicates that the data is received successfully or the NACK signal that indicates that the data is not received successfully, where a period of reception operation when the NACK signal is transmitted must be set longer compared to the case when the ACK signal is transmitted.
