Abstract
A method in a terminal (120) for inter-RAT access selection, the terminal (120) being able to operate in at least more than one Radio Access Technologies, RATs, the method comprising: receiving (201) from a node of network (111), one or more dedicated parameters related to Inter RAT access selection receive (202), from the network node (111), one or more transmitted parameters relative to Inter RAT access selection, whose one or more parameters transmitted they correspond, at least partially, to the respective one or more dedicated parameters, wherein the method is characterized by comprising: act (203) for selection of Inter RAT access according to any one of: - one or more dedicated updated parameters, updated in based on changes to one or more corresponding transmission parameters, and - the one or more dedicated parameters received, updated dedicated parameters or corresponding transmitted parameters, based on whether it is met in one or more conditions, where the one or more conditions comprise: - conditions relating to parameters of a second cell (116), after the terminal (120) has changed cells from a first cell (115) to the second cell (116), - conditions relating to the transmission parameters that are changed, and - conditions relating to the terminal (120) having made less than a number of cell changes since the dedicated threshold was received.
