Abstract  Abstract

A user equipment (110) comprising: receiver circuits (150) configured for: receiving an indication of a UL / DL downlink reference sub-frame configuration via a RRC signaling, and a processor (175) configured for: the determination, based on the UL / DL downlink reference sub-frame configuration, of a HARQ DL timing for a HARQ feedback UL transmission associated with a DL transmission in PDSCH, and characterized in that the indication of downlink reference sub-frame configuration UL / DL is associated with a round trip time of HARQ that is set to a value of k + 4 sub-frames, where k is the interval between the transmission DL and the UL transmission of the HARQ feedback, in accordance with the downlink reference UL / DL configuration; and the user equipment (110) is configured for monitoring, on the basis of a DRX Retransmission Timer, of at least one of the DL sub-frames, and the DL sub-frames that include a Link Pilot Time Interval Descending (DwPTS) for the PDCCH transmission, or an ePDCCH transmission, which is related to a scheduled HARQ retransmission based on the DL / DL downlink reference UL / DL sub-frame configuration.
