Abstract
A wireless communication system (100) configured to use a predetermined bandwidth of an unlicensed bandwidth, the wireless communication system (100) comprising: a base station (110) configured to transmit a control signal including information indicating an offset time (302) from a reference timing (301); and one or more terminals (120, 130) connected to the base station (110), wherein the one or more terminals (120, 130) are configured to: calculate a transmission start timing (305), which is a timing in which one or more terminals (120, 130) are going to start transmitting wireless signals, according to the offset time (302) indicated in the control signal that is received from the base station (110); performing a process of detecting a wireless signal of the predetermined bandwidth in a standard period (304) before the transmission start timing (305); and when a wireless signal of the predetermined bandwidth is not detected in the standard period (304), the one or more terminals (120, 130) initiate transmission from the calculated transmission start timing (305).
