Abstract
A relay user equipment (200) that is configured to handoff a user equipment (900) in a wireless communication system, the relay user equipment (200) comprising: one or more processing circuits (210) configured to: acquire scenario identification information, wherein the scenario identification information comprises first link information indicating a quality of a link between the relay user equipment and the user equipment (900) in the wireless communication system, second link information indicating the quality of a link between the relay user equipment and a base station in a serving cell to provide a service for the relay user equipment in the wireless communication system, serving cell power rate of change information received and neighbor cell power rate of change information received; determine, based on the scenario identification information, scenario information related to retransmitter reselection or a cell handover to a new cell in a scenario where the relay user equipment is located to indicate to the user equipment that perform a retransmitter reselection process or cell handover or assist the relay user equipment to perform a retransmitter selection process based on the scenario information; and transmitting the scenario information to the user equipment.
