Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication terminal device a wireless communication base station device and a wireless communication method which can reduce a paging load in a mobile communication system including macrocell and femtocell.

SOLUTION: A received level measuring unit 144 in a UE (wireless communication terminal device) 104 measures a received level of a femtocell. When the measured received level exceeds a level corresponding to a sum of a threshold and an offset value and is judged by a judging unit 146 the judging unit 146 requires an MME (mobility management entity) 101 to change the registration mode from a multiple TA (tracking area) registration mode to a single TA registration mode to change to one tracking area registration.
