PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to effectively increase relay system coverage while employing power saving mechanisms for a relay station.

SOLUTION: A method of data communication in a communication system comprises the steps of: transferring downlink (DL) scheduling by a first slot of a first sub-frame; transferring DL data corresponding to the DL scheduling by the first sub-frame; and transferring uplink (UL) scheduling by a second slot of the first sub-frame. The UL scheduling corresponds to transferring of UL data by a second sub-frame.
