Abstract
Embodiments of the present invention provide an information exchange apparatus, a base station, and a communication system. The apparatus is a first transmission unit that transmits a request message to a secondary base station, and the request message is an uplink in which a master base station receives uplink data of a service on the secondary base station of a user apparatus. A first transmission unit including an address; and a first reception unit for receiving a response message returned from the secondary base station based on the request message, the response message being received by the secondary base station A first receiving unit including a downlink address for receiving the downlink data of the service; The apparatus can simplify the information exchange procedure and save signaling overhead.
