PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly transmit broadcast information to a plurality of mobile stations by secure communication.

SOLUTION: The broadcast information notification method comprises: a process in which when a network node is directed to send broadcast information to the plurality of mobile stations UE the network node begins repeating transmission of the broadcast message irrespective of the timing of the paging message; a process in which the mobile stations UE receive broadcast message reception parameters using parameters specified in a paging message sent with prescribed timing from the network node and then use the received broadcast message reception parameters to receive a receivable broadcast message; and a process in which the mobile stations UE perform operations corresponding to the broadcast information.
