Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to specify correctly a precoding vector used in a down data transmission by a user apparatus and to attain the promotion of efficiency in down-signaling in a mobile communication system which uses MIMO strategy of precoding strategy.

SOLUTION: The user apparatus has a means to receive a down control signal including a wireless resource allocation information from a base station apparatus a means to determine a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) which indicates a precoding matrix applied to a plurality of antennas of the base station apparatus according to channel conditions and a means to transmit an up signal including the PMI to the base station apparatus. When the wireless resource is allocated in an up physical shared channel of the user apparatus the PMI is transmitted by a part of the wireless resource. When the wireless resource is not allocated in the up physical shared channel of the user apparatus the PMI is transmitted by a physical control channel fixedly allocated in the user apparatus.
