Abstract  Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly constitute a reference signal for a receiver to correctly detect a signal transmitted from a transmitter.

SOLUTION: A method is used for a base station to transmit a plurality of reference signals (RS) to a user device in the wireless communication system and includes a step of diffusing a plurality of RSs using diffusion orthogonal sequences and a step of transmitting the plurality of RSs through at least one of two first and secure CDM groups which are two code division multiplexing groups. The RSs transmitted by the first CDM group out of the plurality of RSs by one of the diffusion orthogonal sequences defined in the first CDM group are diffused and transmitted through one subcarrier that belongs to the first CDM group. The RSs transmitted by the second CDM group out of the plurality of RSs by one of the diffusion orthogonal sequences defined in the second CDM group are diffused and transmitted through one subcarrier that belongs to the second CDM group.
