Abstract
In a wireless communication system for every plural number of stream data a transmitter apparatus (1) associates data block identification information which does not conflict with another one among stream data with a data block for transmission. A receiver apparatus (2) performs based on the data block identification information associated with the received data block a retransmittal combination between the received data block and a retransmitted data block with which the same data block identification information is associated. In this way even if the number of transmitted streams between the transmitter apparatus (1) and the receiver apparatus (2) varies (decreases) the consistency of the data blocks to be subjected to the retransmittal combination can be maintained thereby successfully continuing the communication.
