Abstract  Abstract

PURPOSE: To directly transfer data without using MODEM between a moving station and LAN on data transfer through a radio telephone network.

CONSTITUTION: The respective data packets of LAN are formed and RLP control is stripped from the packets in a LAN controller. When data is packed in the data packet following a data communication protocol and it is transferred between the radio telephone systems it is inserted into the data frame of the radio telephone network. A data interface device 15 is connected to the LAN controller 14 on a LAN 1 side and it is provided with a digital radio telephone system 16 and a data adapter 17. When the data adapter 17 is connected to the telephone network and it transfers data with the moving station it functions to insert the respective data packets of LAN into the several data frames or to extract the data packets from the data frames.
