PURPOSE: To prevent the disturbance of the system through the output of an undesired radio wave when a fault takes place in a mobile equipment.

CONSTITUTION: The equipment is provided with a control CPU 15 controlling a mobile equipment and monitoring a state of the hardware a transmission section 12 outputting transmission data 11 as a radio wave and a CPU fault monitor section 19 monitoring the CPU. The control CPU 15 monitors the state of the hardware of the mobile equipment regularly to monitor whether or not the hardware has a fault and the CPU fault monitor section 19 monitors the state of the control CPU 15 regularly to monitor whether or not the CPU has a fault. When a fault is in existence the control of inhibiting or suppressing an output of the radio wave to the transmission section 12 is conducted through a disabled transmission output enable signal 17 or 20A.
