Abstract  Abstract

A wireless communication terminal apparatus that can perform CoMP communication normally without increasing the overhead of an uplink control channel. In this apparatus, the spreading unit (214) performs first spreading of the response signal using the ZAC sequence set by the control unit (209), and the spreading unit (217) is a block set by the control unit (209). The response signal after CP addition is second-order spread using the Wise spreading code sequence, and the control unit (209) uses the ZAC sequence used for the first spreading in the spreading unit (214) according to the set sequence number and hopping pattern. And a block-wise spreading code sequence used for secondary spreading in the spreading unit (217). The hopping pattern set in the control unit (209) is a hopping pattern common to a plurality of base stations that receive a response signal by CoMP.
