Abstract  Abstract

The wireless terminal receives and measures broadcast reference signals (eg, beacon and / or pilot signals) transmitted from multiple base station attachment points. The wireless terminal monitors and broadcasts a broadcast loading factor corresponding to the attachment point. The wireless terminal generates an interference report and sends it to the current attachment point, which reports the measured received reference signal from the current attachment point, the measured received reference signal from each of the one or more different attachment points, and the uplink loading. Based on the argument information results. If there is no broadcast uplink loading factor corresponding to the attachment point successfully restored, the wireless terminal uses a default value as the loading factor. The generated interference reports are based on beacon signal measurement and uplink loading factor, pilot signal measurement and uplink loading factor, or a mixture of beacon and pilot measurements and uplink loading factor.
