Abstract
In order to improve uplink transmission efficiency in LTE-U service, the present invention performs CCA (Clear Channel Assessment) in a user terminal to consider a hidden node problem and occupies a channel based on an uplink signal of another terminal. However, a method of generating and transmitting a random backoff counter value in a base station so that all terminals equally use the channel access parameters required for uplink subframe transmission in unlicensed band and uplink multi-subframe It relates to an uplink data transmission method in a frequency sharing wireless communication system to which a downlink control method for scheduling is applied.
