Abstract  Abstract

PURPOSE: A rake receiving device in a mobile communication system is provided to group fingers and couplers by channel characteristics, thereby simplifying hardware and reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A coupler(200) obtains CPICH(Common Pilot Channel) data(204) for compensating channel states by summing up data inputted from each finger. A coupler(201) extracts data adjusted to a DPCCH(Dedicated Physical Control Channel) and a DPDCH(Dedicated Physical Data Channel) configured in a DPCH(Dedicated Physical Channel) by summing up data of the DPCH from fingers. A coupler(202) detects a PDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared Channel)/AICH(Acquisition Indicator Channel)/CSICH(Common Packet Channel Status Indicator Channel)/PICH(Page Indicator Channel). The coupler(202) detects one channel selected by a selector. A coupler(203) adds data of an S-CCPCH(Secondary Common Control Physical Channel) and a P-CCPCH(Primary Common Control Physical Channel) from fingers. The coupler(203) detects one channel selected by the selector.
