Abstract  Abstract

A method for transmitting control information in a mobile communication system having an automatic re-transmission function is provided to solve a problem that the time required for allocating radio resources to a terminal is delayed and the frequent change in information such as power information causes a transmission of erroneous information or old information to a Node B. A signal indicating a reception failure of a particular packet is received. When control information for transmitting the particular packet and control information for the current transmission are different, a packet including the control information for the current transmission is transmitted.
