Abstract  Abstract

A data transmission method and a data retransmission method are provided to retransmit data rapidly by transmitting state acknowledgement information from a receiver to a transmitter through a physical layer. A data transmission method includes the steps of: preparing a data block at an upper layer; transmitting the data block at a lower layer than an upper layer(S210); requesting state request information which requests state acknowledgement information; and receiving the state acknowledgement information about reception of the data block through the lower layer(S280). The upper layer is an RLC(Radio Link Control) layer. The state acknowledgement information is transmitted through a channel which transmits scheduling information to notify assignment of physical resources. The state acknowledgement information is transmitted based on a serial number of the data block.
