Abstract  Abstract

A method for controlling an error of circuit switched data received by using HSPA is provided to control an error of circuit switched voice data by removing a PDU if two or more SDUs are included in an RLC PDU and processing the RLC PDU only if the one RLC SDU is included in the RLC PDU. An RLC(Radio Link Control) PDU(Protocol Data Unit) block including order information is received from a MAC(Medium Access Control) layer(S1010). The state of the RLC SDU(Service Data Unit) block included in the RLC PDU block is checked. The RLC SDU block is a PDCP(Packet Data Convergence Protocol) layer data block having time information(S1020). If the condition of the RLC SDU block does not correspond to the predetermined condition, the RLC PDU block is deleted(S1040).
