Abstract  Abstract

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system using relay are provided to reduce wrong wireless channel measurements by excluding a preset interval of a relay reception sub-frame from a legacy terminal of a relay cell. CONSTITUTION: A sub-frame setting unit sets up a relay reception sub-frame(510), and a signaling unit signals the relay reception sub-frame to an MBSFN(Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network) sub-frame(512). When the current sub-frame is the relay reception sub-frame, a transceiver unit transmits a cell-specific reference signal or a control signal to a terminal during preset section of the relay reception sub-frame(514,516). The transmission unit receives a BS signal from a BS(Base Station) during a remaining interval of the reception sub-frame(518).
